Usarbi is the name of a pintxo with which chef Jon Ibarreche was a finalist in the 10th Basque Country Championship in 2015. Usarbi refers to one of the chef’s best friends, who supplied the main ingredient for the pintxo, pigeon. <\/p>

Product, seasonality, flavor, tradition, environment, and closeness were the key pillars in the creation of the pintxo, and we wanted them to be the same for the creation of our project. That’s why we decided to name it the same way.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

Usarbi is located very close to the heart of Donosti-San Sebasti\u00e1n, in the Atotxa area, where the old stadium of Real Sociedad once stood. We are in Egia, an emerging neighborhood with cultural charisma, local people, and very near the city center. This is how we identify ourselves: looking toward the future without forgetting our roots. <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t
