Our menus are inspired by our approach to gastronomy as a grill and bistro.

We focus on our specialty: roasting whole pieces of meat and fish.

We begin with appetizers to welcome our guests, followed by shared plates placed in the center, and finish with a quality roasted meat or fish to share.

Portion
SIZES

Each central dish is designed for sharing among 3 people. For main dishes, portions are as follows:

  • Monkfish: 1.5 kg piece (uncleaned) for 3 people.
  • Hake: 250 g of clean meat per person.
  • Txuleta: 1.5 kg piece for 3 people.

If the number of diners is not a multiple of three, quantities are calculated for the next divisible number by three. The amounts listed are the minimum quantities that can be served.

POLICIES

  1. The minimum number of diners is 9 people.
  2. The chosen menu will be served to a full table
  3. The final number of diners and any specific details should be confirmed the day before the meal. Any changes after this date will not be accommodated, and the established order will be served and billed accordingly.
  4. Our menus can be adapted for vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, and other dietary restrictions, provided we are informed in advance.
  5. Portion sizes and menu structure are carefully optimized to accommodate as many guests as possible. Changes are only possible for religious, philosophical, or health reasons.
  6. If none of the set menus are suitable for a party of 10, it may be possible to create a custom menu from our à la carte dishes and prices. This menu must be confirmed 2 days before the reservation. Otherwise, the reservation will be canceled.
